About Me
Motunrayo Kilanko is an AI training expert and a certified AI consultant and an advocate for women’s economic empowerment. Over the past seven years she has delivered and overseen AI annotation projects for several AI companies worldwide. Her professional interests span artificial intelligence, data, public health, and women's empowerment.
She is the founder of Femote, a human data intelligence company powering AI models and robotic development. Femote supplies large-language-model (LLM) training data, AI data annotation, and talent recruitment for companies and organizations building AI and robotics systems.
Through Femote School, Motunrayo and a network of expert instructors provide courses in data annotation, AI literacy, and related digital skills, prioritizing women to close the gender divide in AI literacy. She is also a facilitator and speaker for AI-related topics. She delivered an open-session talk titled “Living Your Dream as an AI-Powered Woman” at the International Women Leadership Conference 2025 in Dubai, UAE and was also a speaker at AI ICON, Texas, USA.
